Eurasia-REACH: Russia publishes draft chemicals inventory

A consolidated transitional inventory of chemicals was published on the 16th of June 2020 by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. The inventory of chemical substances and mixtures is open for submissions from Russian companies.

The inventory informs the Eurasian technical regulation on chemical products also known as “Eurasia-REACH”. EAEU member states will create their own inventories. The draft Russian chemical inventory is available here.

Earlier in the year – on the 24th of April – the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade announced that the deadline for substance nomination has been postponed to the 1st of August 2020. The deadline was delayed from the 1st of May 2020 due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
