Yordas has implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS)

The IMS is a systematic risk management tool that aims to optimise company performance. Our IMS is certified against the ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 standards in recognition of our ongoing commitment to superior service quality, environmental management and information security.

ISO 14001 Environmental and Sustainability Policy

We encourage behaviour and initiatives that will protect and improve the environment, while fostering the creation of economic and social benefits.

As a privately-owned company, we strive to build strong and meaningful relationships with our colleagues, clients, partners and society, while delivering sustainable solutions that support our clients’ visions and objectives.

We implement our principles by:

  • Raising awareness of this Policy, both internally and externally;

  • Fulfilling all applicable environmental compliance obligations;

  • Integrating environmental considerations into everyday purchasing decisions;

  • Using resources efficiently to reduce consumption and waste;

  • Reducing carbon intensive travel where possible, through flexible work arrangements, use of technology for remote conferences, and by encouraging use of sustainable transport systems;

  • Managing risks associated with chemical use, storage and disposal;

  • Ensuring activities are adequately resourced and systematically managed following the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) framework

ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Policy

We are fully committed to continually improving the quality of services and products we provide so that we can continue to meet or exceed client needs and expectations.

  • Raising awareness of this Policy, both internally and externally;

  • Engaging with employees and stakeholders to minimise quality risks and enhance business opportunities;

  • Maintaining effective communication and providing sufficient training for all employees;

  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and using their feedback to facilitate continuous improvement;

  • Ensuring activities are adequately resourced and systematically managed following the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) framework.

ISO 27001 Information Security Policy

We are committed to maintaining and improving information security procedures to uphold the availability, integrity and confidentiality (AIC) of all informational assets, however stored.

We implement our principles by:

  • Raising awareness of this Policy both, internally and externally;

  • Developing internal procedures to assess and mitigate information risks;

  • Maintaining effective communication and providing sufficient training for all employees;

  • Monitoring information systems and networks to determine irregularities or suspicious behaviour;

  • Ensuring that any information security breaches are reported, investigated and appropriately acted upon;

  • Maintaining and testing Company continuity plans for incident response;

  • Continually improving the effectiveness of company procedures by investing in new technologies and seeking feedback from interested parties.
