We know that offering flexible working arrangements improves the happiness, wellbeing, creativity and productivity of our team members. From part-time work to contractor agreements, we aim to support our staff through diverse life circumstances. We implement working practices that support work-life balance.

Mentoring the Next Generation of Experts

We offer internship placements and cooperative learning opportunities to a growing number of talented students and graduates from College and University programs as diverse as mathematics, chemistry, biology, psychology, business, software development, data science and marketing. In the first half of 2021, we have employed 23 students and interns, providing them with valuable learning opportunities and experience in the workplace.

Our multicultural team represents nearly 20 nationalities and speaks fluently 22 languages.
