IOFI updates Global Reference List

On 23 November 2023, the International Organization of the Flavor Industry (IOFI) updated the Global Reference List (GRL). The following substances were added:

  1. trans-4-Heptenal

  2. 4-(l-Menthoxy)-2-methyl-2-butanol

  3. Brazzein
