Cyprus Atmospheric and Hazardous Substances in Factories Regulations updated

On 14 July 2023, the Atmospheric and Hazardous Substances in Factories Regulations were amended as per R.A.A. 219/2023. Limits for the following substance were updated:

1. Mercury compounds other than alkaline mercury compounds

The following substances were deleted:

1. Dimethylformamide

2. Nickel carbonyl

3. Carbon monoxide

4. Nickel - metallic and insoluble compounds
