Denmark Ministerial Order on the Misuse of Drugs amended

On 9 January 2024, the Danish Ministerial Order on the Misuse of Drugs was amended by Order No. 14, resulting in the addition of the following substances to List B:

  1. Tetrahydrocannabidiol

  2. Hexahydrocannabiphorol

  3. Tetrahydrocannabiphorol
