IOFI updates Global Reference List

On 7 March 2023, the International Organization of the Flavor Industry (IOFI) updated the Global Reference List (GRL). The following substances were added:

  1. Thaumatin II

  2. Ethyl 5-acetoxyoctadecanoate

  3. S-(3-Methylbut-3-en-1-yl) 4-(formyloxy)butanethioate

  4. S-Butan-2-yl 4-(formyloxy)butanethioate
