RAC opinions issued for 9 CLH proposals

On 29 November 2022, the Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC) issued opinions on the proposals for Harmonised Classification and Labelling (CLH) of the following substances:

1. Trimethyl borate

2. Perboric acid (H3BO2(O2)), monosodium salt trihydrate; perboric acid, sodium salt, tetrahydrate; perboric acid (HBO(O2)), sodium salt, tetrahydrate; sodium peroxoborate hexahydrate

3. Sodium peroxometaborate

4. Perboric acid, sodium salt; perboric acid, sodium salt, monohydrate; perboric acid (HBO(O2)), sodium salt, monohydrate; sodium peroxoborate

5. Sodium 3-(allyloxy)-2-hydroxypropanesulphonate

6. N,N'-methylenediacrylamide

7. Methyl-1H-benzotriazole

8. Ethanethiol

9. Benzotriazole

This brought the number of published RAC opinions to 515.
