Drug precursors Regulation scheduled substances list amended

The following substances have been added to the scheduled substances list (Category 1) of the Drug precursors Regulation (EC) No. 273/2004 and the Trade in drug precursors Regulation (EC) No. 111/2005 as per Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1518 of 29 March 2022:

  1. Ethyl alpha-phenylacetoacetate (EAPA)

  2. Methyl 3-oxo-2-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)butanoate (MAMDPA)
