On 1 October 2022, Switzerland’s Chemical Risk Reduction Ordinance (ORRChem) was updated. The following substances were added to Annex 1.16:

  1. Perfluorohexane sulfonic acid and related substances

  2. Long-chain perfluorocarboxylic acids and related substances
