Spain Royal Decree 665/1997 on the protection of workers against the risks related to exposure to carcinogens at work Annex III amended

Annex III of the Royal Decree 665/1997, of 12 May, on the protection of workers against the risks related to exposure to carcinogens at work has been amended as per Royal Decree 395/2022, of 24 May 2022.

The following substances have been assigned new limit values:

  1. Cadmium and its inorganic compounds

  2. Beryllium and inorganic beryllium compounds

  3. Arsenic acid and its salts, as well as inorganic arsenic compounds

  4. Formaldehyde

  5. 4,4′-methylenebis(2-chloroaniline)
