Health Canada Cosmetic Ingredient Hotlist revised August 2022

On 26 August 2022, the Health Canada Cosmetic Ingredient Hotlist was updated. The following substances were added to the Hotlist:

1. Ethylhexyl Ethylhexanoate

2. Azelaic acid and its salts

The following substances were amended:

1. Retinoic acid and its salts

2. Eucalyptus oil

3. Peroxide and peroxide-generating compounds

4. p-Hydroxyanisole
