KKDİK Registration Tools

  • Yordas Group Lancaster Environment Centre LA1 4YQ United Kingdom (map)

The registration deadline for Turkey REACH (KKDİK) is less than 11 months away and there is still a lot of work to be done. It is not possible to use dossier-building tools that many are familiar with under EU REACH (such as IUCLID, REACH-IT and CHESAR). Instead, Turkey has its own chemical registration system (known as KKS) and CSR tool (KGDRS).

Drawing on Yordas’ experience from registering hundreds of substances, this webinar will describe the similarities, differences and challenges of using these KKDİK tools to prepare registrations when compared to the EU REACH tools.

The session will cover

  • Overview of KKDIK, deadlines and obligations

  • Introduction to the Turkish Chemical Registration System (KKS) and Turkish "CHESAR" (KGDRS) and comparison with their EU REACH equivalents

  • Solutions to common issues

The session will benefit

  • Companies supplying chemical products to Turkey

  • Turkish importers and downstream users

  • Consortia and data owners
