Joint Registration - Turkey KKDIK

  • Yordas Group Lancaster Environment Centre LA1 4YQ United Kingdom (map)

The Turkey REACH (KKDIK) registration deadline is fast approaching. By 31 December 2023, all companies manufacturing/importing substances ≥ 1 tonne/year in Turkey must have registered their substance (unless exempt).

Although the deadline seems far away, now is the time to act to ensure there is enough time to complete all the necessary steps. This is particularly important if:

  • you do not hold an EU REACH registration for your substances, or

  • there is no Lead Registration appointed for your substance yet in Turkey

The webinar will cover

  • Overview of KKDIK

  • Responsibilities of the Co-Registrants

  • SIEF communication

  • Substance Characterisation

  • Letter of Access purchase

  • Preparation of Turkish dossier and CSR

  • Timelines

  • What to do if no LR is appointed yet?

The webinar will benefit

  • Non-Turkish chemical manufacturers and formulators

  • Turkish importers and downstream users

  • Consortia and data owners
