Vietnam's New Chemical Decree (Decree No. 113/2017/ND-CP)

National Single Window launched to declare imported chemicals

Following the announcement of the New Chemical Decree (Decree No. 113/2017/ND-CP), Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) and the General Department of Customs have launched a new electronic declaration system called the National Single Window portal. Importers of chemicals on Annex V of Decree No. 113/2017/ND-CP must use this system to declare their substances.

The National Single Window replaces the previous declaration system, which was carried out manually using paper forms.
