India REACH
India is in the process of drawing up its landmark Chemicals (Management and Safety) Rules, commonly referred to as “India REACH”. The Rules are currently in draft form, and there are rumours that the Rules will enter into force in 2022, but this has not been confirmed by official sources.

UK REACH Regulation Services
The United Kingdom’s independent chemicals regulatory framework UK REACH starts on 1 January 2021. Anyone making, selling or distributing chemicals in the UK and the EU needs to follow both UK REACH and EU REACH rules. United States TSCA
Meeting your requirements under TSCA. The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) of 1976 is the key U.S. law governing chemical substances. TSCA applies to any chemical substance manufactured, processed, distributed in commerce, used or disposed of in the U.S. Substances within a chemical mixture, mixtures of chemical substances, and to mixtures and individual chemical substances within articles are all regulated under TSCA.
K-REACH: The Act on the Registration and Evaluation of Chemical Substances
The main industrial chemical regulation in South Korea is the Act on the Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals (AREC), commonly known as “K-REACH”. A revision to the regulation entered into force on 1 January 2019.

The Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA), amended in 1999, intends to protect the environment and the health and well-being of Canadians across the country.
