More depth, more impact – Chemspec Europe 2025 refines profile to meet the evolving needs of the fine & speciality chemicals sector
From 4-5th June, Chemspec Europe will turn Cologne into the global innovation hub for the chemical world. Now in its 38th edition, the two-day event has become a key destination for sourcing fine and speciality chemicals, custom solutions, and contract services. On 8,000sqm of expanded exhibition space, visitors can explore the full spectrum of chemical innovation and expertise, presented by around 350 key suppliers from Europe and beyond.
A first-rate conference programme accompanies the event and offers plenty of additional networking opportunities to exchange industry know-how and form international relations with peers and business partners.

Sebastian Cappellacci, Consultant - Regulatory, is a chemist and was a founding member at the German REACH and CLP helpdesk. He supported the transfer process from ELINCS notifications to REACH. Since then, he gained comprehensive knowledge and experiences in providing consultation as external and internal consultant in chemical industry and branches beyond. He has been involved in projects of global notifications, regulatory and product safety compliance and also is an expert for occupational safety. Besides the various fields of technical knowledge, he is also able to consider and assess issues as well from the industry’s perspective as from the authorities’ point of view to find target-oriented solutions.
