Jonathan Lutwyche
Chief Executive Officer
As one of the original founders of the organisation, Jonathan continues to provide strategic vision and leadership in his role as CEO. Following on from a prestigious commercial career within the global chemicals sector, Jonathan developed a profile as a well-known and respected business entrepreneur culminating in the creation of Yordas Group (formerly The REACH Centre) in 2007.
Dr Fionnuala Schultz
Chief Financial Officer
Fionnuala joined Yordas in 2018 and heads up the investment management as well as the areas of finance, management and financial accounting across the different countries the group is operating in. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Bremen and has previously worked as a management consultant in the area of finance and management accounting for leading multinationals.
Adam Rowntree
Chief Information Officer
Adam provides leadership in the use of technology and data, providing the critical interface between the business needs, and the information and communication technology used across Yordas Group. Responsible for the origination of Yordas Hive, Adam also heads our software and architecture team housed at Yordas Digital Limited.
Dr Sandra Meijer
Chief Data Officer
Dr Sandra Meijer (PhD, Environmental Chemistry) is a recognised expert on chemicals management and product stewardship. Dr. Meijer developed the Group’s highly regarded Yordas Hive suite of regulatory compliance tools for industry, as well as industry specific tools such as GRMS2 for the automotive industry. Sandra has extensive knowledge on how global chemicals regulations impact supply chains, with a particular expertise in the advanced manufacturing sector. She has delivered numerous training workshops for industry on topics such as REACH, Regulatory Inspections, Substances of Very High Concern, etc. and works closely with industry bodies such as ACEA and IAEG. Sandra believes passionately that product stewardship is about harnessing the power of data to move beyond simple compliance to build a more sustainable business.
Dr Rosalinda Gioia
Chief Scientific Officer
Rosalinda is an internationally recognised expert on ecotoxicology and is highly experienced in understanding chemical regulations. She has provided expert scientific advice and policy support to government regulators on chemical risk assessments relating to the oil & gas industry, for which she has authored technical bulletins and papers to the annual meeting of OSPAR’s Offshore Industry Committee (OIC).
Rosalinda project manages REACH Lead Registrations and Biocides active substance approval and product authorisation dossiers. She also provides technical leadership and advice relating to the environmental fate of chemicals, persistence, bioaccumulation and toxicity (PBT) and risk assessments in the aquatic environments.
Dr Alex Paul
VP: Enterprise and Partnerships
Alex develops Yordas' partnerships around the world. Since 2014, Yordas has established partnerships in China, South Korea, Thailand and Taiwan, and Alex leads this expansion as further Southeast Asian and Latin American countries implement new chemical notification systems.
Malcolm Stewart
VP: Global Sales and Marketing
Malcolm joined the Yordas Group in 2019 after spending three years launching and building an international business consultancy. Prior to this, he held senior sales and marketing roles in a variety of industries and managing teams, globally. In his current role, Malcolm leads the sales and marketing enablement across Yordas Group.
Marianne Simpson
Head of HR
Marianne has 30+ years’ experience in personnel management; she leads a team of HR specialists providing a high quality, outcome focused HR service to Yordas Group. She has been pivotal in devising sustainable strategies nurturing a company culture that facilitates employee happiness.
Judith Friesl
VP: EMEA
Judith has established and leads Yordas Group’s European subsidiary, taking responsibility for the subsidiary’s strategic direction, project delivery and financial performance. She is actively involved in the management of large regulatory, compliance and product stewardship projects. Judith is also involved in several large scale EU funded research projects on risk assessment for nanomaterials and an active member of the Nanosafety Cluster.
Dr Giselle Vincett
VP: North America
Giselle Vincett leads Yordas’ North American operations and business development. She holds a PhD in Sociology from Lancaster University, UK and worked for over a decade in academic research, teaching and writing. She has extensive experience in designing and leading both large and small publicly and privately funded social research.
