Elisabeth Luther

Lead: Mining, Oil and Gas Services

Elisabeth is an environmental regulatory specialist with more than 9 years of experience in environmental permitting, North American regulations, project management, regulatory compliance and sustainable project delivery. She has been instrumental in successfully completing environmental regulatory approvals for several large-scale projects in Canada in the oil and gas, mining and energy sectors. Elisabeth also has extensive experience with stakeholder engagement, risk communication and environmental management systems for the mining, and oil and gas sectors.

In her current role as Senior Regulatory Consultant, Elisabeth is developing the services offered to the mining, and oil and gas sectors. Elisabeth also manages several OSPAR, BPR and REACH Lead Registration projects. Additionally, Elisabeth provides support to North American projects in relation to the US Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA).
