Whitepaper: Part 1: Preparing For The Toxic Substance Control Act Inventory Reset

On 22 June 2016, the TSCA law was amended by the Frank. R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act (LCSA). This amendment addresses weaknesses within TSCA that have, for almost 40 years, limited the EPA’s ability to protect the public from hazardous substances. The amendment introduces the TSCA Inventory Reset, a 3 step process put in place to evaluate existing chemical substances.
