Updates made to existing and toxic chemical lists

The South Korean Ministry of Environment (MoE) have added 70 substances to the existing chemicals list and 21 substances were added to the list of toxic chemical substances.

Reduced K-REACH data requirements in force

An amendment to K-REACH, simplifying submission documents and allowing registrations to make use of some existing hazard data, has become law by Presidential Decree.
