From 15th Oct 2018 regular notifications for new chemicals should be submitted, managed and tracked through the new online registration platform. To access the platform, China companies must set up a user account with the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE). Currently, companies can continue using the current software to submit simplified notifications and annual reports but in future, simplified notifications and annual reports may also need to be submitted via the new online platform.
