29 substances added to the Highly Mutagenic Chemical Substances

MHLW designated a list of 29 substances to be included in the highly mutagenic chemical substances list under ISHA. Companies manufacturing or handling the listed substances are subjected to regulation “Guidelines for preventing health hazards caused by mutagenic chemical substances” which requires the company to take several measures to protect workers health.
